Owning My Emo
Nine weeks out from surgery and I'm starting to understand the importance of making mental and emotional changes during this process.
I've heard so many people say that they aren't getting any counseling/going to support groups throughout this journey. I am not here to police anyone's beliefs or actions, but if you're repeating unhealthy patterns and you get a tool that help fix that, shouldn't you still figure out why you we're doing said patterns in order to be truly "fixed"?
